  【工作內容】
  1. Manage global finance, accounting, treasury, and tax functions of the Group.
  2. Financial Accounting: general ledger transactions, closing processes, and including but limited to:
  * Oversee and review all balance sheet accounts;
  * Approve journal entries produced by accounting staff, review and approve documentation;
  * Ensure that the accounting treatment is correct;
  * Quarterly financial statements;
  * Maintain work papers and reconciliation schedules;
  * Payment batch release;
  * Prepare year-end/audit papers.
  3. Finance: FP&A processes and operations support.
  4. Treasury: cash flow and liquidity management, currency exchange/interest rate risk management, bank relations management.
  5. Tax: manage global tax policies, optimizations of transfer pricings, utilization of relevant tax treaties to minimize tax liabilities.
  6. Ensure compliance with internal procedures; recommend and implement process improvements;
  7. Ensure all appropriate risk management documentation is in place and relevant controls are adhered to;
  8. Support all relevant internal areas including the design and presentation of training for accounting policies and procedures which impact these departments;
  9. Manage reconciliation process in connection with all Alliance accounting functions;
  10. Team management: excellent leadership ability is an absolute MUST for this position along with a high EQ.
  11. Ad-hoc projects as so directed by the Group CFO.
